Service Description

In this short series of 4 online sessions, we'll explore ways to meet the holidays with access to deeper inner peace. Each session will include an exploration of the theme and then a chance to settle into a guided meditation that supports an embodied experience of the practice. This is designed to be a gift to yourSELF! Where you feel nourished and held in the middle of the busy holiday season. When we restore our own reserves, we can show up for our loved ones and our lives with greater wisdom and ease. But it also makes for a wonderful gift to give to others who may enjoy the experience with you during the holidays. No experience or special equipment is required- just a quiet space with internet access. The registration fee upon booking is good for the entire 4 session package. Zoom details will be sent once booking is confirmed. Please note, the pricing is the same if you attend one or all 4 sessions. I am unable to give partial refunds if you miss a session, so be sure to mark the dates on your calendar now. This allows me to continue to do this work AND offer financial assistance to community members who may need a financial benefit at this time. Cancellation Policy

In case of need for cancellation, you may apply the prepaid fee to another program or gift it to another person, but typically no refunds are offered on services booked. Please communicate the circumstance with Marnie directly to discuss options. If you are unable to attend a session inside of a larger package of services, please notify Marnie at earliest convenience so she isn't waiting to start a session thinking you are running late.
