Service Description

An in-person 6 sessions course for those looking to work wisely with life's challenges. Learn time-tested practices that assist us in healing our habits of mind and reactivity to the stress of modern life while building capacity for resilience, and more compassion, gratitude, joy and ease. Each session in this course is 90 minutes long and the sessions take place at Dolores River Collective. Fall Session Dates are: Sept 6, 13, 20, 27 (we will take one week off on Oct 4: no class, then resume sessions again on Oct 11 and 18. Classes run from 6:00-7:30 pm. No prior experience or special equipment is required. Attending all sessions is HIGHLY encouraged as it creates a complete experience for not only yourself, but for the group, and brings the most benefit to your daily life. Email me if the tuition for this course is not within your budget, no one will be turned away for lack of funds- we can discuss options.

Cancellation Policy

In case of need for cancellation, you may apply the prepaid fee to another program or gift it to another person, but typically no refunds are offered on services booked. Please communicate the circumstance with Marnie directly to discuss options. If you are unable to attend a session inside of a larger package of services, please notify Marnie at earliest convenience so she isn't waiting to start a session thinking you are running late.
