Crafting True Wellness
with Plants

Herbalism & Nature Immersion Retreats

Come and learn about a variety of local plant life growing all around us; how it can be medicine for our wellbeing! In this retreat we will:

  • Take Plant Walks to hone our Identification and Ethical Harvesting skills

  • Meditate in nature to restore a deeper connection with the flora and fauna

  • Learn herbal remedies and practices for wellness: body, heart, mind

  • Find Harmony within out recirpocal place in the natural world

  • Exlore our interrelatedness with each other and the plants

  • Learn about Plant Intelligence

The retreats are crafted to be immersive, as a camping experience, but day passes are available. We will be on land just outside of Dolores, CO. where pasture and high desert landscape meets a Pinon Juniper forest. Location, Retreat Workshop details, and a Packing List will be provided closer to the retreat date. We'd be happy to respond to any questions in a short call.

What's included in the retreat fee?

  • workshops, herbal remedy samples and recipes, meals, education and guided practices

  • Evening Sound/Song and Campfire Circle

  • There is communal sleeping space in a Bell Tent with beds and space on the land to BYO tent

Meet Your Facilitators

This year of study with plants comes out of a longing for collaboration and community connection by three local medicine women. Each of them brings their heart's work and experience to the table, so that participants will be held in an a caring, creative, and immersive experience.

SUMMER RETREAT

Harnessing the Energy of Summer: Experiences in Self-Care

  • Body Focus: Skin, Hair, Joints/ligaments/muscle

  • Plants we may work with: Plantain, Yarrow, Burdock, Calendula

  • Energetics: soothing, moisturizing, cooling, settling

Arrival: July 18, 2025

between 1:00-2:00 PM US Mtn. 

Departure: July 20, 2025

after Closing Circle: approx 11AM-12 PM US Mtn.

AUTUMN RETREAT

Embracing Balance in the Season of Autumn

  • Body Focus: digestive, immune, cardiovascular

  • Plants we may work with: Elderberry, Plum, Grindelia, Sunflower

  • Energetics: rooting, grounding, nurturing, balancing

Arrival: Sept.19, 2025

WINTER WORKSHOP

Nurturing and Nourishing in the Season of Winter

  • Body Focus:Circulatory, Lungs/Respiratory

  • Plants we may work with: Burdock, Juniper, Cacao, Adaptogens

  • Energetics: fortifying, supporting, nourishing, dreaming

First Step: Email Marnie using the RSVP button below (or directly at livingintomindfulness@gmail.com)​

Indicate which retreat(s) you are paying the deposit for in the body of your email. 

We will then send an invoice for the deposit amount as indicated below, and once confirmed, you will receive specific details about directions/location, packing list for retreats, etc. We can also schedule a pre-retreat info call at that time so any questions you may have can be responded to.

Space is limited to 8 participants per retreat- up to 16 at Winter Workshop.

We highly encourage booking early to ensure your spot in the retreats! 

You can pay by retreat

  • 1 Retreat: $333 per retreat  (Invoiced $111 Deposit to RSVP)  Balance $222 due in cash at retreat

 

Day Passes or Multiple Booking Discounts are available- email Marnie to inquire!

Or attend only the Winter Workshop

  • Winter Workshop: $111 (Invoiced $44 Deposit to RSVP) $67 due in cash on day of workshop

Deposits are non-refundable but might be able to be transferrable if there is availability. Deposits cover preparation, supplies, materials and expenses facilitators  incur prior to each retreat.
