Service Description

During this in-person retreat we will connect with our inner wise Elder, let our inner child play, and so much more. Through practices of embodiment & Mindfulness, and invitations from the land, we will discover what is most needed for inner growth and expansion for each of us at this time. This retreat will be held outdoors on wild land and is designed for those with some previous training in Mindfulness Meditation, open to all but geared to take those with some experience with meditating deeper into their practice for renewal and growth. There will be guided meditations offered so we can tap into the wellspring of information our bodies and hearts give us in our internal landscape. We will also have opportunity to connect with each other and the elements of the land as we open pathways of communication and trust with each other. Our growth happens in the relational field, so we will play in this field through interconnected practice. Fee listed here is for the retreat window on May 18 from 10am- sunset. Healthy vegetarian lunch and snacks will be provided. Retreat details and map location will be shared upon completion of registration, however, it is located just outside of Dolores, Colorado. For those traveling from out of state: Wonderful local hostels and airbnbs are an option. Or, camping/glamping on the land where the retreat is being held is also possible on a donation basis- there are 4 real bed mattresses in a communal setting, one private teardrop trailer with a twin mattress, and options to camp in your own tent or camper on the land. If camping, plan to arrive the evening of the 17th for a pre-retreat campfire. Breakfast would be provided the morning of 18th & 19th before departures. Donation covers the cost of meals and preparations as well as contributes to the expansion of facilities at Elderoot. Cancellation Policy

In case of need for cancellation, you may apply the prepaid fee to another program or gift it to another person, but typically no refunds are offered on services booked. Please communicate the circumstance with Marnie directly to discuss options. If you are unable to attend a session inside of a larger package of services, please notify Marnie at earliest convenience so she isn't waiting to start a session thinking you are running late.
